The worry and panic never go away

Penny Meek’s face filled with emotion as she described what it felt like as a mother when her son Thomas Brown went missing in November of 2016.
“I think every parent has had that moment, especially when your kids are little, and you’re at the mall or somewhere and all a sudden you can’t find your child,” Meek said.
